Quick Biz Loans — Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Quick Biz Loans. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our site, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise engaging with Quick Biz Loans, you agree to these Terms.

We operate a corporate‑only lead generation website that introduces UK‑registered Limited Companies and LLPs to selected FCA‑authorised lenders and brokers for business finance. We are not a lender and not authorised by the FCA to carry on regulated consumer‑credit activities.

2. Our Service

  • We collect limited business and contact details from Ltd/LLP applicants and, if suitable, forward enquiries to one or more FCA‑authorised lenders/brokers ("Partners") to assess eligibility for business finance.
  • We may receive a commission from Partners if a facility completes. There is no cost to you for using our site.
  • We are not a party to any agreement between you and a Partner. Any facility you accept is between you and the Partner on their terms.
  • We do not provide financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Information on our site is general information only. You should obtain your own independent advice before entering into any finance agreement.

3. Eligibility — Corporate‑only

  • Our service is available only to UK‑registered Limited Companies (Ltd) and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) that have authority to seek finance on behalf of the business.
  • We do not accept enquiries from sole traders or ordinary (unincorporated) partnerships. If submitted in error, we will delete such data and will not introduce it to any Partner.
  • By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the company and that all information supplied is accurate and complete.

4. No FCA Authorisation — Important Regulatory Information

  • CRUZ LICCARDO STUDIO LTD (operating the Quick Biz Loans brand) is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to carry on regulated consumer‑credit activities and does not arrange or introduce consumer credit for sole traders or ordinary partnerships.
  • All Partners to whom we may introduce your corporate enquiry are authorised and regulated by the FCA. FRNs are available on the Financial Services Register and can be provided on request.

5. How Matching Works

  • Based on the information you provide, we may introduce your enquiry to one or more Partners from our panel who indicate an appetite for the type and size of finance requested.
  • Partners may contact you directly to request additional information, run affordability checks, conduct credit searches, and carry out KYC/AML checks as required by law and their own policies.
  • We do not control Partners' underwriting decisions, timescales, or final offers. Any funding timelines stated on our site are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, current and complete information.
  • Tell us promptly if your details change.
  • Use the website lawfully and not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing.
  • Obtain any internal approvals needed before seeking finance on behalf of your company.

7. Fees and Commissions

  • We charge no fees to you for using our site.
  • We may receive a commission or other remuneration from a Partner if you proceed with a facility. The commission amount does not increase the price you pay and is typically paid by the Partner. Where required, we or the Partner will disclose commission information.

8. Data Protection & Marketing

  • Our handling of personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice (see link in footer). It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with (e.g., Partners and processors), and your UK GDPR rights.
  • Corporate B2B marketing: We may contact corporate subscribers at Ltd/LLP email details about our services. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We do not send electronic marketing to individual subscribers without valid consent.
  • We may keep minimal security logs (IP, timestamps, user agent) to prevent fraud/abuse.

9. Intellectual Property

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos and content are owned by or licensed to Quick Biz Loans and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Third‑Party Sites and Tools

Our site may link to third‑party websites or use third‑party tools. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy notices.

11. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective date.

12. Disclaimers

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non‑infringement.
  • We do not warrant that you will be approved for finance, receive specific terms, or obtain funding within a particular timeframe.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for:

  • loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill or data
  • indirect or consequential losses
  • losses arising from third‑party actions (including Partners)
  • your reliance on general information on the site

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or our services shall not exceed £1,000 or, if higher, the total commission we received in respect of your facility (if any), to the extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Biz Loans and its officers, employees and contractors from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of law or third‑party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services at any time, including if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the site at any time.

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, power failures, internet disruptions, strikes, governmental actions, or failures of third‑party services.

17. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor or affiliate.

18. Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quick Biz Loans regarding the site and services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
